Develop new product launch strategies for different countries and regions, follow through the whole product release operation process, maintain good communications with user and relevant departments, constantly improve product;
Come up with in-game events based on uniqueness of different regions (culture, festivals, etc.), and follow-up on the effectiveness;
Carry out scientific analysis on product data, and raise game “stickiness” based on the analysis. Improve user experience and increase product revenue;
Assist in product packaging; develop effective marketing and sales strategies based on different countries and regions;
Regularly gather information of competing products from different countries, conduct data analysis and make use of it.
Regularly provide feedback to developers on game updates after product launch, based on different countries.

Study regional markets, research and develop promotion and advertising key points. Come up with or assist in the drafting of marketing proposals and implement them;
Monitor regional market trends closely, keep track of the strategies and actions of competitors, carry out analysis, come up with counter plans;
Expand and maintain media resources of regional markets, complete daily PR duties;
Expand and maintain business development resources of regional markets, actively seek partnership channels across advertising resources and in different industries;
Assist in setting up of e-sports related events combined with our product.

From initial project inception phase, follow-up on product quality and the development process, conduct quality analysis;
View and analyze the product from an independent perspective;
Participate in the initial research stages, carry out testing on similar competing products during the development stages and provide analysis;
Help to coordinate product launch to ensure smooth operations
Analyze industry trends, understand competitors’ products, provide the company with the latest information, draft reports and market analysis.

Assist in new employees training, cross department, external and specialized training;
Be in charge of local and overseas employees recruitment;
Assist in organizing company’s events, such as birthday parties, Dragon Boat Festival, Autumn Festival, Annual Galas, etc;
Take part in IGG global compensation and benefit system development, as well as in stockholder related work;
Provide employees with comprehensive in-company life support including but not limited to in-house logistics, foreign staff visa application, document processing etc;
Complete any other duties that the management may require and assist them in the completion of relevant work.
